Replicant Films was founded by cinematographers David Kruta and Jordan T. Parrott, who are unrelenting in their pursuit for the perfect image. Satisfied clients include Saturday Night Live, Canon, Porsche, Gillette, Mizuno, Penske, Amtrak, and Blackberry, among others.


David Kruta

An award-winning Director of Photography, David Kruta is the son of Czech political refugees whose lifetime has taken him through a variety of cultures, experiences and locations spanning the globe. David has shot short films, commercials, documentaries, fashion and music videos and feature films.  He is the visual architect behind the 2013 Sundance Competing feature film, “Concussion,” starring Robin Weigert (Deadwood) and Maggie Siff (Sons of Anarchy), and most recently was a winner in the 2014 International Cinematographer's Guild Emerging Cinematographer Awards.

Jordan T. Parrott

Jordan T. Parrott is a New York-based Cinematographer and graduate of Emerson College’s Film Program. He is a prolific narrative and commercial Director of Photography, having shot over 16 short films that have played at film festivals worldwide, including at the Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Hoboken, Brooklyn, Busan, and SoHo International Film Festivals. A recent short film, Tom in America, will premiere at the Montreal International Film Festival – the film starred Academy Award-nominees Burt Young and Sally Kirkland.
